Vishay HiRel Systems, a manufacturer of magnetics and power supplies for military and avionics applications is currently seeking a PT Documentation/Engineering Assistant for its manufacturing facility in Duluth, MN.
DUTIES:
- Setup and validate parts in the documentation system
- Enter and verify Bills of Materials from quotes and engineering parts lists
- Assist with the development of production processes
- Assist with engineering change order (ECOs).
- Organize and maintain electronic and hardcopy print storage
- Maintain various engineering and manufacturing file storage
- Assist engineering with customer quotes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree/Certification and/or 3+ years’ experience in office management or related field
- Proficient PC skills (MS Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Experience with MRP and PLM systems highly desirable
- Experience with engineering CAD tools highly desirable
- Part-time hours per week (20)
