Job Information

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for execution of sales support and administration activities for specific customers (major rental companies, key accounts, government accounts). This position’s main responsibilities are the input of orders to fulfill the customer's purchase orders and ensuring that all support and administration functions of the Inside Sales team are operating effectively. This role provides coordination, communication and organization to effectively support Sales team needs.

Role & Responsibility

Order Entry
  • Direct data order entry of customer purchase orders, including order entry, order tracking & order maintenance.

Customer & Dealer Support
  • Provide dealer support to include: order tracking, change order requests, credit and re-bill of dealer machines to customers, notification of order correspondence, payment of commissions, customer delivery tracking for all factory orders, payment of servicing fee for all delivered factory orders, researching and application of credits and debits.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with our customers.
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, documentation, communicate resolution with key stakeholders.

Database Maintenance
  • Maintain database that generates reports on customers, regions, markets, dollar amounts, models, dealer delivery and commissions.
  • Organize and sustain an effective sales filing system.

Systems Support & Implementation
  • Support implementation of PRIME, Oracle, OSS, Bobquote/CPQ, and other company initiatives as required.
  • Account set up processes to support Inside Sales team (key account, government account, dealer).

Reporting
  • Generating key sales reports (e.g., retail spreadsheet, backlog report, open order reports).

Trade Shows
  • Support vendor shows as needed (e.g., ordering supplies, organizing equipment, attending/participating.


Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Associate's Degree. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience Required: 0>3 years
  • Travel Required:
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills with friendly, can-do attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide quick turnaround response to customers
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and adapt to changing situations
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite application
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Capable of working independently
  • Experience in sales and customer service is a plus
  • Knowledge of Construction Equipment industry is a plus
