Department: 47800 Leadership & Staff Development

Job Description: Under the direction of the OL&D Supervisor and guidance from Organizational Development Specialists, this position is responsible for ongoing support of OL&D leadership and staff programming across all Essentia regions, including the building of courses, classes in the Learning Management System (LMS), creation of report subscriptions, managing and maintaining rosters, general maintenance of LMS Workspaces, and creation of department surveys. Prepares and organizes materials and communications for OL&D programs, as well as gathers assessment reports for upcoming workshops. Supports Organizational Development Specialists in preparing for workshops and training sessions. Manages leadership and staff, engagement, and team building incidents and requests and provides first-tier support to customers around these department areas. Supports general department functions, including ordering of supplies, managing of program calendars, and fulfilling room requests.

Education Qualifications:
Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems.

2 years office experience including Microsoft Office software.
