The chosen candidate will create a positive customer experience and drive sales growth within a solid and financially rewarding company. The essential role of this position is to recruit for open positions, leading and training of the sales staff, inventory control, community relations, and customer service. A High school diploma or GED and 2-4 years retail management experience required. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Requires valid and insurable driver's license.
