Job Details

Position Description:
Three-quarter time or full-time 9-month faculty position with the option of tenure track to coordinate and teach undergraduate and graduate courses or clinical rotations as assigned by the director of NDSU Nursing at Sanford Health in collaboration with the associate dean and the director of the DNP program. Develop clinical learning activities and rotations for FNP / DNP nursing students in rural and urban clinical sites. If pursuing tenure-track option, position is full-time.

Minimum Qualifications:
Masters degree in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner or Doctorate of Nursing Practice/Family Nurse Practitioner degree
If MS prepared, must agree to be enrolled in doctoral program
Advance Practice Certification and FNP clinical practice
Eligibility for licensure as an APRN in North Dakota
Excellent oral and written communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated potential for excellence in research/scholarship required if pursuing tenure track

Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of professional FNP experience
Expertise in graduate nursing education
Experience in educational technology and distance education
Doctoral degree
