Customer Service Representative

Work closely with Agralite members regarding billings, payments and general information, answering telephone calls, and processing the disconnects for
non-payment. Minimum of two years' experience customer service or related field is required. Education would be considered in lieu of experience. Cash handling or banking experience preferred. Also required to perform a variety of administrative duties. Must be computer proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel. Must be assertive and exercise initiative and independent judgment. Associate or Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
