Job Details
This position supervises part time teller staff at the branch location. This position will work under the guidance of the Teller Supervisor to gain knowledge in the areas of operations and leadership associated with supervising tellers. The Assistant Teller Supervisor represents Bell Bank to the customer in a courteous and professional manner, providing prompt, efficient and accurate service in the processing of transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. This position provides leadership and mentoring to the teller staff.
Candidates must have basic bookkeeping, calculator, and computer skills. Good communication, listening, and social skills are required. The successful candidate will have the ability to prioritize tasks and stay poised under pressure. Supervisory and banking experience preferred.
