Head Custodian

Join our Custodial Maintenance team at the High School!
Under the direction of the Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds, performs a variety of preventive maintenance and building maintenance repairs in accordance with maintenance schedules, assigned work orders, Supervisor of Building & Grounds or at request of building leads.

• Performs maintenance and custodial duties as per district guidelines and expectations.
• Serves as the building leader for all custodial, maintenance and safety functions. 
• Serves as the point of contact for building intrusion and fire alarm monitoring. 
• Attends training sessions, seminars, health and safety meetings.

Identify licenses/certification required upon hiring:

• Boiler Operator License. Working towards 1st Class C Boiler License.
• Certified Pool Operator License with State of MN (Where applicable)

Salary as per the Custodian Master Agreement, starting at $21.05 per hour.
8 hours per day/260 days per year.
