General Labor/Machine Operator - Brainerd, MN

Job Description:

Pro Staff is currently looking for General Laborers and Machine Operators on 3 rd shift for a quality manufacturer of flush door components in the Brainerd Lakes Area. In this role you will operate automated and semi-automated wood processing machinery (laminating and sanding equipment). Hours are 10:00pm to 6:15am Sun-Thurs, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate automated and semi-automated wood processing machinery (laminating and sanding equipment).
• Handles, feeds, inspects and packages raw and finished wood parts.
• Uses computers and computerized equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operating experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable and punctual to work scheduled shifts, and maintain good attendance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn and use computerized equipment.
• Able to read measuring devices and tools, and read and follow instructions.
• Must be able to stand or walk continuously for extended periods of time.
