Customer Service Representative

Forum Communications Printing, a leading web and sheetfed printing company, is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide assistance and education to customers about the printing and mailing process.
• Follow through on customer projects to completion.
• Build relationships with our customers, sales reps and our production teams.
• Consistently demonstrate Forum Communications Company's culture principles.

Position Requirements

• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of PC computer programs (Email, Word, Excell and Google docs).
• Prefer condidate with knowledge of print/ mail process with customer service experience.
• Prompt and reliable attendance.
