Hiring Department:  Biomedical Sciences, School of Medicine and Health Sciences

 

Minimum Hiring Salary/Position Classification:  $10-$15 per hour, 19 hours per week, part-time, non-benefitted

Work Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm

Position Details:

This position is for the HOst Pathogen COBRE Human Core.  The chosen applicant will be responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and cataloging human tissue and cells for the COBRE Human Tissue and Cell Core in the Biomedical Sciences Department.

Competencies Required:
 

  • Basic computer skills
  • Biological techniques including cell culture and tissue handling are required.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working in a laboratory setting.
