Recruiter - Fargo, ND

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Recruiter for a premier client in in Fargo, ND.  This position requires 6 months or more of experience in a recruiting role; preferably for a large organization.  This is a temporary position beginning immediately and potentially working through the remainder of the year.  Daily schedule is Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM.  Pay for this position is $18.00+/hour depending on experience.

Job Duties:

• Screen and interview candidates
• Coordinate 2nd interviews and meetings with hiring managers 
• Extend offers and create offer letters  
• Run background and drug screens
• Communicate new hire information to appropriate departments
• Occasional employee onboarding
• Other recruiting related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 6 or more months of recruiting experience; preferably with a large organization
• Self-starter and able to take initiative on daily responsibilities 
• Effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization
• Strong computer skills with ability to quickly learn new software
• High level of confidentiality
• Must be proficient in MS Office, and the use of a scanner/copier
