JOB SUMMARY

Perform oxygen transfilling operations and procedures to ensure an adequate supply of oxygen for customer use in accordance with the HealthCare Accessories' mission, vision and goals. Properly complete all pre- and post-fill checklists/logs and repair or report discrepancies. Perform scheduled maintenance checks on transfill equipment as required. Required to follow Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs) at all times. Monitor inventory levels as needed.

Demonstrates open, friendly, accepting, and supportive behaviors with team members. Inspect parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with standards or regulations. Strives to complete assignments according to established quality measures. Takes personal ownership of and strives to meet assigned accountability expectations. Communicates well downward, upward, and outward. Monitors facilities for safety hazards; follows protocol to resolve these. Adheres to regulatory requirements when handling, storing and transporting hazardous materials. Adheres to compliance requirements in a specific area of healthcare practices. Presents a positive attitude and job proficiency, striving to bring ones' best self to work each day. Facilitates the resolution of customer problems, issues, or concerns.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS

The hours for this position are 4:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m. Tuesday - Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must pass a Federal background check with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in order to acquire a hazmat endorsement. Must possess a valid Class C driver's license with tanker and hazmat endorsements or obtain required endorsements within six months of employment. Must maintain Medical Examiners Certificate (MEC). High school diploma or equivalency required. Prior experience or knowledge in a medical or industrial environment beneficial.
