Work traditional Monday - Friday business hours.
Hudson Physicians has an opening for a Sleep/CPAP Specialist that will provide both diagnostic Home Sleep Testing and CPAP therapeutic services to sleep disorder patients and providers. This position interfaces with patients, assisting them with Home Sleep Testing and all their PAP needs.
This position provides a high degree of autonomy while working a traditional M-F business hour work schedule.
Position responsibilities include
- Set up patients with Home Sleep Testing device and patient education
- Set-up patients with PAP equipment and supplies
- Responsible for patient compliance program including phone calls, data downloads
- Interface with Providers to provide sleep therapy
- Track and order DME inventory
Successful candidates will possess:
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding patient relations skills,
- Excellent organization and communication abilities
- Experience with a variety of medical data bases
Requirements include:
- Prefer a minimum of 2 years of Sleep testing and or CPAP set-up experience
- Either a LPN, RPSGT or RT designation
