Production Operator

RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Loads and unloads products, reviews paperwork to match products
•  Inspects containers upon return and prior to filling with product
•  Work closely with lab personnel to obtain approval on all raw materials delivered to the branch prior to blending products
•  Review production batch slips to ensure correct raw materials are used, correct quantity, and in correct order following SOPs for Material Handling
•  Properly mark, label and fill gallons, pails, carboys, drums and totes in accordance to SOPs
• Measure and maintain storage tank levels daily

QUALIFICATIONS

•  High School or GED equivalent
•  Ability to operate forklift safely and efficiently (certification preferred)
•  Experience operating scales, centrifugal and diaphragm pumps
•  Must meet PFT requirements to wear a respirator – No facial permitted that interferes with respirator
•  Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measurement
•  Ability to observe and follow SOPs with Safety First mentality
•  Willingness to work overtime and weekends as necessary
