Full-time Mechanics

River Falls Ace Hardware is hiring up to two additional full time employees to join our team.

On a day to day basis, this position will include the following responsibilities:
- Sharpening chains and blades
- Service work on large and small equipment
- Assisting customers in loading and unloading equipment
- Assisting customers with paperwork
- Follow safe work practices and adhere to any and all safety procedures
- Work 5 to 6 days a week excluding vacations
- Work overtime if necessary
- The ability to lift at least 60 lbs on a semi-regular basis
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand parts diagrams

In addition to these skills and responsibilities, it is important that any additional team members hired value the following:
- Keeping a clean and organized work space free of debris and hazards
- Willingness to help out where needed and take on additional duties assigned by the service manager as necessary
