CNA Care Center

We are currently seeking qualified, compassionate Part Time  CNAs to provide individualized personal centered care, which includes but is not limited to assisting with feeding, dressing, bathing, transferring residents while preserving their rights and human dignity in a confidential manner and encouraging the resident to function at their highest level of ability.

The part-time NOC position works up to 60  hours per pay period, every third weekend, earning an additional hour of pay for each 12 hour shift that you work.  An additional $1.70 shift differential will be offered for working the NOC shift.

A $500 sign-on bonus (paid throughout the first 18 months of employment) will be paid to external applicants who are hired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Certification showing successful completion of the State of MN approved Nursing Assistant Program test out (CNA/CRA).
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Great multi-tasking skills
• Excellent bedside manner and nursing skills
• Ability to create a safe, effective environment by informing others and using good judgment
