Job Details
Support the company store team by performing warehouse and administrative duties.
Supervisory Responsibility:
None
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Support store and website sales.
- Assist store customers and partner businesses offering world-class customer service and completing tasks to fulfill their needs.
- Successfully assist customers via email, phone and in person
- Receive and process merchandise for inventory
- Record receipts and discrepancies
- Match packing slips with purchase orders
- Prepare merchandise for end use
- Process web orders
- Pick, pack and ship web orders
- Pack inventory for events and receive return after event
- Assist in inventory management
- Prepare, pack and route kits in support of marketing and sales from programmed prompts
- Maintain a professional and well-organized facility.
Cross trained to work in physical stores and event stores.
Other duties as assigned, directed or requested.
