Customer Service/Data Entry

Primary duties include answering the phone and transferring calls to the appropriate persons, designing databases and spreadsheets plus data entry in Access and Excel, counter sales for aviation fuel and pilot supplies, aircraft rental, travel planning for flight crews, and assistance with aircraft scheduling. Required skills:  Good customer relations skills, accuracy in data entry, excellent telephone etiquette, good math skills, legible penmanship, ability to think quickly, must be adaptable to a changing work environment.  Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 30 pounds a must.  Preferred skills: Experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, and Powerpoint, ten key operation, internet searches and an interest in all things aviation.  Employees are eligible for discounted flight training.  Average 16 hours a week, up to 30 hours/week, Saturdays and Sundays are required.
