What is the current company culture like?
Our lobbies may be closed, but our drive-thru's are not! We are hiring! The health and safety of our employees and customers is of the utmost importance to us. We have many precautions in place in our restaurants to provide a safe environment.
What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have? Our crew positions are entry level, but we do look for experience and/or education for our management positions.
How would you describe the company leadership/team management? Our management team work hand in hand with our crew members. Most of them started as crew members and have worked their way up the career ladder.
Where do you see the company/organizati on in the upcoming years? Courtesy Corporation currently owns and operates 62 McDonald's restaurants.
