RN Charge - Part-Time NOC Shift

Lakewood Health System's Five Star Care Center is hiring a Part Time RN for our NOC shift. This is part time position includes working every third weekend and a minimum of 36 hours every two weeks, with some holidays included. You will earn an additional hour of pay for every 12-hour shift that you work. Shifts are from 6:00pm until 6:30am.

The RN in the Care Center is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and supervision of all resident cares provided by team.  The RN provides exceptional care to the residents and assures proper documention of the care provided.  This RN will participate in quality rounds to assure safety, quality care of residents and infection control practices are being followed.  This RN also provides supervision to the LPN, TMA, CNA ensuring that they are completing proper resident care.

Qualifications:

1. Current MN RN licensure.

2. Experience in long-term care preferred.

3. Supervisory experience with the ability to work independently, make decisions and evaluate processes.
