Job Details

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction to all Cirrus customers, potential customers and guests during all visits to the Vision Center campus. The Guest Ambassador enhances builds customer relationships by driving the Service Essentials to create personal experiences to creating a world class environment. Work location may be at various campus offices.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome customers and visitors to the Experience Center
  • Engage with customers and visitors, anticipate needs
  • Provide tours of the Flight Training facility and campus
  • Responsible for Patriot Act sign-in log for all Cirrus visitors
  • Maintain all customer spaces (organization, stocking, cleaning, and similar tasks)
  • Provide coverage and assistance to Cirrus Store as needed
  • Prepare and distribute customer badges and visitor badges
  • Light administrative support to VP of Vision Center
  • Energize the Cirrus Service Essentials
  • Anticipates guests' needs and responds promptly.
  • Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
  • Handles guest problems and complaints.
  • Strives to improve service performance
  • Additional duties attached

Schedule: Typically Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM, some overtime and occasional Saturdays required

Duties

The front desk agent is a brand ambassador for Cirrus Aircraft. He/she will often be the first Cirrus employee guests encounter, so making a great first impression is essential. Each guest should be greeted with a smile and a warm welcome to the Flight Training building. The Guest Ambassador should look for opportunities to engage with guests, anticipate the needs of each guest, and discover ways to surprise guests by going beyond their expectations. This position requires the ability to resolve issues that arise from guests and employees in a timely manner. The Ambassador will carry out a variety of responsibilities to maintain a world class environment.
