Loan Operations Specialist

Responsibilities include:

* Develop and administer system processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely loan processing
* Use multiple software systems, contact appropriate resources as needed and resolve complex issues
* Work with the Loan Operations Director to test and develop new software procedures
* Be the go to person for inquires and troubleshooting
* Train on updates and procedures
* Data extraction and report creation
* Banking experience and process orientated mind-set preferred. Must be a problem solver, self-starter, diligent, and innovated in management of projects and tasks.
