Edgewood Management Group is currently seeking a Benefits Specialist to join our HR Department. This position will provide assistance to all locations on various employee benefits, assist with administration of existing plans including day to day inquiries and processing of monthly billings, and coordinate employee education through training and materials.

Minimum Requirements
The right candidate will have:
- Associate’s degree in related field, required.
- 1-3 years of related employee benefits administration experience.
- Ability to work independently, but also as an effective team-member
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use and train on a variety of HRIS systems.
