Customer Service Representative

ThompsonGas, LLC is the fastest growing propane retailer in the U.S! We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join out team in Two Harbors, MN. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing quality service to both internal and external customers by giving timely responses to customer issues via phone, e-mail, and fax. The Customer Service Representative serves as the initial point of contact for customers calling for ThompsonGas. 
 

MAJOR JOB DUTIES:   

• Answers phone calls and responds to all customer inquiries including, but not limited to pricing, billing, documenting complaints and setting up new accounts.   Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.   Participates in outbound calling operations in efforts to collect past due customers.   Ability to enter customer information files by updating via computer input as part of the call and order taking process.   Available to take walk-in customers for billing payments.   Responsible for trips to the bank as well as the post office on a needed basis.   

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:   

• High School diploma or equivalent.   Excellent communication skills though telephone and e-mail.   Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with customers.   Typing and data entry experience.   Ability to work in a fast paced environment.   Able to work a flexible schedule.
