Director of Culinary Services, CDM

Eventide Senior Living in Jamestown, ND is seeking aDirector of Culinary Services to join the leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have a current CDM Certificationand have an active ServSafe License. Experience in a long-term care and/ormanagement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure food services is in compliance withnutritional, safety, sanitation and quality standards
• Oversee day to day department operations
• Responsible for daily supervision of staffincluding; onboarding, training, coaching, performance evaluations, schedules,etc.
• Work closely with the Executive Director, Dietitianand the Nursing Department to ensure all resident nutritional needs and wantsare met.
