Job Details
The Participation Specialist is responsible for all aspects of participated loans, both purchased and sold loans. In addition, this position is responsible for reviewing various daily and weekly reports, verifying and/or recalculating payments on ARM loans and preparing billings for PACE funds.
Work related experience or basic prior loan servicing experience and knowledge of accounting principles is preferred. The successful candidate will have the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work independently with good organizational skills.
