WDAY-TV, the number #1 News station in Fargo, North Dakota is looking for a News/Sports Multi-Media Journalist.

You will be working out of our Grand Forks, North Dakota office and will be covering both news and sport in the Grand Forks area. WDAY is an Emmy award winning, locally owned and operated station that covers eastern North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota. We produce more than 30 hours of local news each week. We have a staff of over 35 journalists working in news, weather and sports. You will be responsible for bringing story ideas, writing, shooting and editing stories daily. You will also produce stories for our digital and social media products. All of our news and sports employees have
their own edit stations. WDAY benefits include 401k, paid time off, full benefits suite, and paid holidays.

Position Requirements
  • College degree in journalism or experience in a related field is required.
  • Exceptional communication, writing and organizational skills.
  • Must be creative, hardworking, and a self starter.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work under deadline pressure.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a driving record that is insurable by the company.
