Hospitality General Manager – Watford City
Put your hospitality experience to work in as a General Manager in Watford City! Kelly is currently recruiting for qualified candidates for this great Direct Hire opportunity. The General Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the hotel for both staff and guests. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5+ years of hospitality management experience, proven ability to enforce compliance with hospitality standards, experience with budget management, and ability to improve quality results by evaluating and implementing changes when needed. Hours for this position are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with flexibility needed based on business need. Pay is $55K/year+ DOE plus full benefit package and bonus based on business performance.
- HS Diploma, or equivalent
- Strong management skills
- Ability to work outside of standard working schedule, when needed
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Ensure all shifts are covered through employee scheduling
- Results driven focus
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
