Manager of Community Services

Valley Rental Service, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Community Services for a 55+ active adult apartment community in West Fargo, ND. The manager will oversee resident lifestyle, property maintenance, marketing and budgeting while adhering to company policy and procedure and maintaining a positive living environment for residents and guests. This candidate shall have skill and knowledge in the areas of leasing, physical facilities management, and positive customer relations

.
Tasks and duties include, but are not limited to touring apartments, conducting move ins/outs, monthly reporting, cleaning, scheduling routine maintenance and grounds, meeting and coordinating vendors, arranging for building access, and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements. Other duties, as assigned.
   
Essential Skills & Experience:  

• 2+ years property management or related experience required.  As business dictates, able to work extended/flexible hours (e.g., nights/weekends/on-call).  
• Must be able to consistently maintain a professional demeanor.  
• Ability to provide superior internal and external customer service;
• ability to exercise good judgment and self-control.  
• Must be able to multi-task; prioritize and work with minimal supervision, and ensure all established deadlines are met.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to properties, as needed.
