We are currently seeking a Business Office Director.  The key roles/responsibilities of the community's Business Office Director may include: responsible for coordinating financial information and supporting achievement of property business plan goals.  Oversees efficient business office functions and operations through daily activities and administration of all employment related practices including payroll, risk management, staffing and recruitment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Associates Degree or high in Office/Business Administration, preferred.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), required.
  • Work experience in Assisted Living or related setting, preferred.
  • Supervision experience, preferred.
  • Office Management experience, preferred.
