Description

This individual will accept and disseminate telephone calls and email leads from all applicable advertising sources using computer based tools and communication programs to enhance customer experience through building relationships, selling wholegoods and supporting all departments; unifying all divisions, regions and locations of RDO Equipment Co.

Specific Duties Include:
  • Answer and record all leads generated from online and printed advertising sources.
  • Engage in the promotion and sale of wholegoods to qualified prospects.
  • Use Company provided systems/tools (i.e. S2, Footprints, CISCO Finesse, etc.) to assist or complete the recording, tracking, documentation, sale and follow up in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to provide accurate support to all RDO Stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on current manufacturing partners and/or vendor programs and financing.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.
  • Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of RDO Equipment Co.
  • Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
  • Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, including open book meetings, huddles, department meetings and other related efforts.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.

Job Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in all areas
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of construction equipment and consumer work products
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
