- Establish relationship with our current customers and clients.
- Work?within our ticket management system to respond to customer how-to and technical troubleshooting questions.
- Answer inbound calls from current customers and helping resolve their issues quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients and coworkers to ensure we are effective and efficient within our support and communication processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer questions and issues effectively and efficiently.

? 2-year or 4-year college degree.
? 1-2 years of customer support. Technical support experience a plus.
? Experience working with after-school and enrichment programs a plus but not required.
