Job Details
Join our Fitness Support Staff at the Detroit Lakes Community & Cultural Center. This a full time, PM Lead position, Monday-Friday. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, friendly individual.
Job Description:
*Courteous and professional customer service
*Answering phones and directing calls appropriately
*Scheduling of DLCCC programs, and other events as required
*Knowledge of all membership information and contractual agreements, strive for 100%
*Familiarity with the current program guide
*Use and understand front desk communication so that all shifts are kept apprised of promotions, pricing, membership information, employee updates, internal/external marketing, etc.
*Scheduling court use, massage, and any other appointments as needed.
*All point of sale activity
*Facility Tours
*Laundry/towels
*Opening & Closing procedures for building
*Use and understand the membership and other software as required
*Complete assigned tasks
*AED Training required
*All other duties as assigned
Expectations
*Report for scheduled shifts on time
*Request days off by the 15th (of the previous month) for upcoming schedule, responsible for scheduling own replacement for needed time off after the 15th or for any other reason that you are unable to fulfil your shift
*Greet each person when they walk in the door
*Wear appropriate clothing (logo wear or dress shirt)
*Attend Front Desk meetings
*Maintain and share a positive attitude with members and fellow employees about all issues/topics that arise
*Be dedicated and committed to making the success of the Center a reality
