JOB SUMMARY

Will be responsible for managing locations to ensure store performance, profitability, and compliance. Will continually define and hold store locations accountable to operation goals and objectives by analyzing store's profit and loss statements. Will be responsible for coaching, counseling, and communicating with locations in optimizing revenues and profitability through training and support functions. Responsible for being the single point of contact for all locations within defined territory.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Selects new products, or alters existing ones, to meet customer needs. Advises on how to maintain a good professional relationship with all vendors. Contributes to the development and measurement of industry best practices for business development. Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. Explains elements of the strategy to others and encourages questions. Coordinates travel arrangements and expense reimbursements. Coordinates succession planning process for a department or a function. Cost reduction or program improvement. Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing Interprets profit and loss statements, balance sheets and financial forecasts.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS

Full time 80 hours/pp day shift Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. No holidays, weekends, or on-call required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent eight years' of experience required.
Within home medical equipment and accessory facilities, maintain clinical license/registration/certification in a specialized
field required by state and federal guidelines and regulations. Will conform to renewal guidelines per discipline.
