Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Float

As a float, you would get an opportunity to use your unique need for changing environments, and put it to great use allowing you to make an impact in the lives of many different individuals each week. This position truly gets to experience the entire world of the human services field by spending time working in nearly every environment that DHI has to offer.

Certified Nursing Assistant’s (CNA’s), Personal Care Assistants (PCA’s), Home Health Aid’s (HHA’s), and caregivers have loved transitioning into a DSP role.

Scheduling:
The full-time float can anticipate working from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm 5 days a week.

Paid Training: 
DHI provides exceptional paid training and even offers additional training opportunities for all DSP’s.

Salary:
$13.00/hr plus training incentives.
Additional $1 Awake Night incentive available.
Additional $1 Weekend incentive available.
Additional $1 Training incentives available.

Requirements:
Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
High school diploma or GED.
