Job Description
The University of Wisconsin-Parkside invites applications for the position of Head Men's & Women's Cross Country/Track & Field Coach.
Under the general supervision of the Director of Athletics and the athletics administration, the Head Men's and Women's Cross Country and Track & Field Head Coach will be responsible for the operation and management of all aspects of the program. These duties include but are not limited to: recruiting, roster management, practice and meet planning, scheduling, budgeting, fundraising, student-athlete development, academic and eligibility monitoring, and community engagement. This position will supervise all members of the coaching staff. Due to the nature of this work, a willingness and flexibility to work nights and weekends is required. This position is a campus security authority and mandatory reporter as defined by federal and state law. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education, Experience, Training And/or Certifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree
- Two or more years experience as a head coach or assistant coach at the collegiate level
- Demonstrated knowledge and success within the sport
