You will work with a dynamic multidisciplinary therapy team providing sub-acute inpatient therapy to a variety of individuals with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary.The Director of Rehab is responsible for leading and assuring patient quality, outcomes, and efficient processes. Infinity Rehab is looking for a leader with clinical vision and passion for post-acute rehab patients. The Director of Rehab ensures the efficient and effective operations of the Rehab Department. This includes direct therapy services to patients and management responsibilities such as monitoring admissions, treatment schedules, tracking MDS assessment periods and data, providing clinical supervision, and case management.Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited therapy program. Current state licensure or in the process of licensure in the state of North Dakota. Must be clinically driven, dependable, and self-motivated. 6 months 1 year of geriatric experience is preferred. A passion for your profession, for clinical excellence, and for applying the latest evidence-based research to your practice.
