Description*candidates must complete a background check upon offer*Principal Accountabilities Deliver technology solution for integrations between PeopleSoft and external vendors for loads of benefits for 401K, ESPP and RRSP, as well as for General Deductions for Loans. We would also need this resource to assist with setting up scheduling of any new integrations as well as to support any changes with existing integrations. Assist with and serve as a technical lead on all PeopleSoft support for HCM, Benefit administration, Payroll, Comp, Talent and absence management. This resource will partner with our Business analyst to help triage, communicate with the business, and replicate any support issues that arise for PeopleSoft. Support Open Enrollment activities for open and close events. Assist with all year-end activities. Tunes performance and resolves availability issues or scheduled jobs that are caused by database performance. Debugs multiple modules including service boundaries and dependent processes.
