As an employee, you are an essential part of the environment at Refractory & Insulation Supply, Inc.Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, you will: Assist Sales Representatives with servicing customer accounts?? Run trials with new products in order to earn new business?? Check in with customers routinely to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products?? Identify issues and problems and works with the Sales Representative to mitigate them?? Search for new business opportunities during sales calls?? Can function as an on-site customer service representative on short noticeResolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management Requirements: HS diploma required, Bachelor's in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field preferred.Previous experience/training in metal fabrication/industrial/manufacturing. Foundry or Metallurgy and lab engineering experience helpful.Previous sales or high-level customer service experience helpful but not required.Desire to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Exceptional communication skills, professionalism and tact to portray Company in a positive manner.MS Office, CRM and strong follow up skills.Ability to travel (primarily locally) approximately 70% of the time.
