Servers Assistant - Tado Steakhouse

SUMMARY: Provides direct support to Servers and Hosts. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests, answer questions, provide information and offer an appropriate departure comment
- Remove dirty dishes and dirty silverware to the dish room
- Clear, bus and set tables, fill water glasses, stock wait stations, refill supplies and provide breaks for servers and hosts
- Fill beverage dispensers, coolers and CO2 as needed
- Empty trash containers and return empty racks to dish room
- Inform management of business flow

KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge and Certification
Preferred:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 1-year guest service experience preferably in a fast-paced restaurant

Required:
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Above average math skills

Required:
- Ability to work fast and efficiently
- Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
- Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice
