Position Summary
The Recruitment Marketing Consultant at Life Time will develop and execute the company's Team Member Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies by bringing modern marketing methods and tactics to the recruitment process. They will work to attract top talent in the market while elevating the awareness of our Team Member Value Proposition.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Works with TA Leadership team to develop the Content strategy across all externally facing platforms and social media
- Manages and implements all content pieces (visual, blogs, testimonials, video) with partnership from Marketing and all Business Unit teams
- Researches marketing and advertising trends in the Talent Acquisition industry
- Plans, monitors and grows reach on our digital channels including social media, our career website, and other digital assets
- Plans and implements a recruitment marketing and Team Member branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
- Creates engaging job descriptions and postings
- Tracks, measures and reports on campaign results
- Identifies the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
- Works closely with HR department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges
- Vendor management
Position Requirements
- 2 year degree in a related field
- 1 to 2 years of previous working experience in digital marketing and campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of marketing and branding strategies
- Strong communication and Project Management skills
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
