Product Support Specialist

You'll be a key player in the customer journey - providing post-purchase support to ensure their experience is consistently positive. In this role, you'll support Eleyo, a cloud-based software application designed for K-12 Schools. Our world-class customer support is part of the reason why 21 of the largest 25 Minnesota school districts have chosen Eleyo. Our team is small, dedicated, and always looking to improve. You'll get thorough training and have the resources you need to help customers. Peers are available to answer questions, and you'll connect regularly with your team and supervisor to review your goals. What you'll be doing: Customer Point-Of-Contact: owning the relationship with our current customers.Ticket/Email Support: working within our ticket management system to respond to customer how-to and technical troubleshooting questions.Phone Support: taking incoming calls from current customers and helping resolve their issues quickly and efficiently.Working with Internal Teams: working collaboratively to ensure we are effective and efficient within our support and communication processes.Problem Solve: identify and troubleshoot customer questions and issues effectively and efficiently. Who you are: You have a 2-year or 4-year college degree.You have 1-2 years of customer support experience.You're excited about our core values.You're passionate and excited about helping our customers.You communicate well.You can connect with team members and work collaboratively.You are driven by continuous improvement.You are detail-oriented and have exceptional follow-through.You have experience working with after-school and enrichment program (this is a plus but not required).
