Job Summary

Safely and efficiently operate related equipment to produce quality mattresses and foundations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Demonstrate the company's guiding principles by:

• Properly and safely operate all pneumatic tools, machinery, hand tools and related equipment to assemble finished product.
• Inspect all materials to ensure quality and consistency
• Ensure all scraps and other left over materials are recycled or throw away to create a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 100lbs
• Requires standing for extensive periods of time
• High pace job requiring strength and dexterity
• Must be able to operate pneumatic tools, machinery and simple hand tools
