Stepping Stones Learning Center in Neenah is seeking full time Preschool teachers working with ages 6 weeks - 5 years. Work in an Exceptional Learning Center with young children helping them through their developmental milestones. We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive individual with a sincere passion for working with children. Must be caring and compassionate and relate well with children and families. Help children to learn by implementing learning activities to enrich the child's development and education. Come be part of our small, personal team and help make the difference in the life of a child.

Teaching position is Monday - Friday 40 hours per week (Full Time).

Hourly salary is based on education & experience.

Responsibilities/Duties:
Develop & implement structured activities for an age group of children Supervise children throughout the day, enforcing safety first measures Work as a team player with co-workers, management & families Develop & maintain positive relationships with children and their families Assist children with eating, diapering, potty training, naptime, outdoor activities & many more daily tasks Housekeeping maintenance of classroom and building: keeping classroom neat & tidy, dusting, vacuuming, washing windows, wiping down floors, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning & maintaining toys Able to help clean & close building at the end of the night

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Willingness to take correspondent classes Ability to get down to a child's level/ lift up to approximately 40 pounds/ bend, reach, stand for periods of time/ walk up and down stairs frequently/ play with children both indoors & outdoors Ability to be flexible Exceptional attendance Experience in childcare or teaching is preferred but not required Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or Teaching is preferred but not required Must be able to pass fingerprint criminal background check
