Job Description You will have direct say on projects the company bids on (they're quality over quantity), and their 5-year plan. As the Senior Project Manager you serve as the senior on-site company representative responsible for managing all operational requirements in the Twin-Cities. If client facing interaction is more your thing, there is opportunity to take that path as well. In addition, you will work along side providing mentorship to Project Managers. Activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial set-up and updates, and schedule to ensure projects are completed in a quality, profitable, safe, and timely manner. The Successful Applicant B. S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
