Quality Team LeadIf you enjoy upholding checks and balances to maintain a high level of quality, this is the job for you!Position - Quality Team LeadJob Location - Random Lake, WIStarting Date - ImmediateEmployment Term - Temp-to-Hire or Direct HireEmployment Type - Full-TimeWork Hours (Shift) - 2nd Shift (3:30 pm - 12:00 am)Starting Pay - $22.18 per hourBenefits - Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral BonusRequired Education - High school diploma or equivalent is required or an Associate degree in chemistry or related field preferred.Required Experience -- A minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience required.Performs routine and special technical laboratory analyses, operates and maintains instruments according to established laboratory procedures and protocols, with a maximal degree of effectiveness to provide accurate and timely test results.ResponsibilitiesSolves daily issues, such as blend issues or quality issues, equipment problems and or staffing issues and inform Quality Manager.Assist the Quality Manager in leading projects throughout the quality department including but not limited to sorts, holds and retests when necessary.Document and communicate results according all customer standards/specifications, quality requirements and Federal, State and Local regulations.Responsible for record keeping, maintenance and purchase of lab equipment and the scheduling of annual calibration and/or repairs.QualificationsPrevious laboratory or quality control required; with Food and Beverage industry preferred.A minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience required.A basic knowledge of microbiology to accurately perform testing procedures and obtain accurate results is required.A basic knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and policies is necessary to ensure a safe working environment.Please send your resume to .
