Life Time Construction is the in-house General Contractor building new and existing luxury fitness clubs from coast to coast and in Canada. Project sizes range from 40,000 sq. ft. to 220,000 sq. ft., including precast structures and high-end finishes. LTC is looking to assemble two Person teams to travel to and from our clubs to perform punch list and warranty work. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics

• Ability to effectively multi-task with tight deadlines independently and within a team environment
• Clearly identifies the scope of the project.
• Reads, understands, and executes the scope of work identified.
• Utilizes strong written and verbal communication skills
• Manages and coordinates self-performed work on site to meet quality, schedule, and budget goals
• Ensures the design and construction of the projects meets and exceeds the quality expectations of Life Time Fitness
• Skilled finished carpenter
• Strong knowledge and skill in varies trades (taping, painting, tiling, flooring, ect.)
• Good problem solving skills
• Clean Driving record

Qualifications

Education:

• High School education or GED

Experience:

• 10 Years Carpentry Experience

Travel

• 75% Travel
