Job Description
This full-time position is responsible for beginning a football program at Mount Marty College. Overall duties will include coaching, recruiting and retaining student athletes, budgeting, organizing practices, scheduling, handling matters necessary to run a competitive program, and other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
This is an exempt, full-time position and must adhere to the regulations stipulate in the Mount Marty College Handbooks. The Head Coach is responsible for organizing and directing all aspects of a successful and competitive football program in accordance with the philosophy, rules, regulations, and mission of the College, the NAIA, and the GPAC.
