Help Desk Specialist

Otter Tail Power Company has an immediate opening for a Help Desk Specialist II located in Fergus Falls, MN.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is preferred. Associate degree or equivalent level of experience will be considered. At least 3-5 years hands on experience with PC operations and support is required. Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Must have thorough understanding of operating system software, application software, mobile devices, and networking needed to implement, diagnose and maintain PCs, mobile devices and peripherals. Broad experience in IT related services with basic understanding of networks, servers and telecommunications is required. Must have effective communication skills; be service orientated and possess good end user support skills.
